Chair Yoga classes in Manhattan are available in your home or in groups. Chair yoga is an alternative to traditional yoga, which may be too stressful in some situations. Joint pain, back pain, and rehabilitation, are helped by Yoga in a chair. Weight loss, prenatal care, senior issues, stress reduction, and stiffness from office work are also reasons to use this easy Yoga program.
